Paciano

Porta Fiorentina, Porta Perugina and Porta Rastrella lead into Paciano, a small walled village on a hill about 400 metres up, a few kilometres from Lake Trasimeno. Its walls were restored in the 15th century, and an old tradition links the name to a temple of Janus. Inside are a 13th-century town hall and churches holding 15th-century panels and frescoes.
