San Giorgio

A Romanesque pieve with roots in the 8th century is the heart of San Giorgio, a hamlet of Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella set on a rise among vineyards and olive trees. From the top the view runs across the Valpolicella to the Po plain, with Lake Garda and Verona a short drive away.
